Do mini stationary bikes provide a good workout?
As we mentioned already mini stationary bikes are small movable stationary bikes. Unlike normal stationary bikes mini stationary bikes only have pedals and resistance mechanism.
You can easily move it so you can even bring it with yourself to an office and do workout while working or in the pause between.
Some mini bikes because of the size are very unstable, usually cheaper ones, so before the training you should get some adhesive materials to fit it. Mini bikes are not good solution for not experienced exercisers. Non experienced exercise don’t know working routines, neither they know how much to train without ergometers (board computers). Since most of cheaper mini stationary bikes don’t have such devices, you don’t know how much you trained, burned calories, or passed distance. Yet experienced exerciser will know such things by personal feel.
Serious problems you can have only with cheap Chinese models which build quality is very low, and which will get broken after few hundred of kilometers passed.
Apart from the mentioned there is no reason why mini stationary bikes would not provide you good cardio workout. It is up to you, how much you will use it and how often. Cardio with mini bikes should be taken 3-4 times a week, where exercise strength will elevate your hard beat for 70% then usual, for a 20 minutes. If you are on goals of losing weight your cardio should last over 30 minutes per workout. In both programs you should take 10-20 minutes of warm up.
